A language teacher is someone who can teach a certain language and is well spoken about it. Fluency is a quality that a language teacher must have. Some language teachers have questionable qualifications, therefore institutions and organizations that offer language courses must certify that the language teachers they have in faculty are capable and qualified. A language teacher must pass the various examinations to test his ability and skills before he is allowed to teach. If they cannot confirm they will risk at large the reputation of the school and prone to poor quality. The language teacher must generally have outstanding background of the language history and its impact to society. He must possess outstanding grammar usage of the language being taught. The teaching process of the language must tackle the subject extensively, taking into account the wide possibilities the language may encounter its use.
